Information we collect

When you apply to list your food or contact us, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, business name, email, phone, city, and description of your food). When you browse, we may collect standard analytics like pages viewed and approximate location, used to improve the service.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the directory, set up and manage seller listings, respond to inquiries, process paid plans through our payment provider, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Paid promotional plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; they are handled directly by Stripe under their privacy and security terms.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting, email, and payments), or where required by law. Seller listing details you choose to publish are shown publicly on your storefront.

Cookies & analytics

We currently use only essential cookies and do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first (GDPR) and provide a way to opt out. We do not sell or share your personal information; under CCPA/CPRA you may opt out of any sharing.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links (e.g. food-handler courses, insurance, labels) are affiliate links - if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects what we show you.
