1. What GradeAFoods is

GradeAFoods (“we”, “us”), a de Montfort LLC service, is an online directory and review platform that helps people discover independent local food makers (“Sellers”). We are not a restaurant, food seller, marketplace of record, payment processor, or delivery service. We do not prepare, handle, sell, or deliver food.

2. Transactions are between buyers and sellers

Any order, payment, pickup, or delivery is solely between the buyer and the Seller. GradeAFoods is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or fulfillment of any food.

3. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are independent businesses responsible for complying with all applicable cottage-food, food-safety, licensing, labeling, and tax laws in their jurisdiction. Sellers represent that their listings are accurate and that they hold any required permits.

4. Listings and content

We may review, approve, edit, decline, or remove any listing or review to keep the platform trustworthy. Paid promotional plans are billed as described at sign-up and may be cancelled anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Reviews

Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users. We do not guarantee their accuracy and may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, or violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GradeAFoods and de Montfort LLC disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction with a Seller, including any illness, injury, or loss related to food.
